| Gourmet Tilapia Tacos |

Here a a recipe which is a healthier version of regular tacos - TilapiaTacos. Our kid's love these, and they are simple to make. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients - Tacos:
- 1 1/2 ibs of Tilapia Fillets
- Taco Seasoning (as desired)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions - Tacos:
Place Tilapia fillets on baking sheet, sprinkle with taco seasoning, and then drizzle with olive oil. Cook at 400 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from oven and break fish up with fork. Place fish in taco shells and top with your favourite ingredients or the salsa recipe below. Please note that you can subsitute taco seasoning with 1 tbsp. of cumin, 1/2 tbsp. of corriander, 1/2 tbsp. of cilantro and a pinch of pepper. This way you can control your salt intake.
Ingredients - Salsa:
- 1 Avacado diced
- 1/4 cup diced Red Onion
- 1 ripe Mango - diced
- 1/2 Lemon
Mix the above ingredients together, and use as topping for your tacos.
